How do I create an account?

You can create an account using your email address, or sign in with Apple or Google. Simply download the app, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts.

How do I delete my account?

CF Alpha Logistics (User & Vendor Apps):

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.

How do I track my order?

Go to "Orders" in your app menu. You'll see all your orders with their current status. Tap on any order to see detailed tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other local payment options. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email.

How do I update my delivery address?

Go to Profile → Delivery Addresses. You can add, edit, or delete addresses from this section.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Check your device settings to ensure notifications are enabled for our app. Go to Settings → Notifications → [App Name] and enable notifications.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Go to your order details and look for the "Report Issue" or "Contact Support" option. You can also email us directly at support@dlsinoafrica.com with your order number.
