Welcome to DL AND D SINO AFRICA LIMITED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, including CF Alpha Logistics (User App, Vendor App, and Rider App) and Infinity Mall (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

2. Account Registration

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In

3. Use of Services

3.1 CF Alpha Logistics - User App

As a user, you may:

• Browse products from registered vendors
• Place orders for products and services
• Track your orders in real-time
• Manage delivery addresses
• Make secure payments
• Rate and review vendors

3.2 CF Alpha Logistics - Vendor App

As a vendor, you may:

• Register your business
• List products and services
• Manage inventory and pricing
• Process customer orders
• Receive payments
• View analytics and reports

3.3 CF Alpha Logistics - Rider App

As a delivery rider, you may:

• Register as a delivery rider
• Accept and manage delivery requests
• Use GPS navigation for deliveries
• Update delivery status in real-time
• Track earnings and payment history
• Communicate with customers
• Provide proof of delivery

3.4 Infinity Mall

As a shopper, you may:

• Browse our product catalog
• Add items to cart and wishlist
• Complete secure checkout
• Track orders and deliveries
• Manage your shopping preferences

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Engage in any fraudulent activities
• Resell or redistribute our Services

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Placement

When you place an order:

• You make an offer to purchase products at the listed price
• Orders are subject to acceptance by the vendor
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

7. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain product quality and safety standards
• Comply with all applicable business regulations
• Handle customer service professionally
• Pay applicable fees and commissions

8. Rider Responsibilities

If you are a delivery rider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration and vehicle information
• Accept and complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle products with care during delivery
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain valid licenses and insurance (if required)
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Provide accurate proof of delivery
• Maintain availability status accurately

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by DL AND D SINO AFRICA LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our applications

10. User Content

When you post content (reviews, photos, etc.):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have the right to post the content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms
